| What is a Readymade VAT Company |
A readymade VAT company, is a company that has been registered as a trading company, in other words the company is currently active and trading is or will start to trade very soon, in some instances VAT returns, and or corporation tax may have been filed. The company will not have entered in to any for contractual agreements, or taken on any financial commitments, the company has no debtors or creditors. The company is available for trading today and can charge VAT at a rate of 20%.  |

| How is the company transferred? |
| Step 1 |
Select your preferred VAT Trading company, complete the basic online details and pay the final fee. |

We process the company changes, usually completed the same day: |

Registered Office - If you have requested our registered office then no action is taken, where you require your own registered office we make the changes using form AD01. |

b) |
Director - Whether you have requested use of our director or one of your own, the processes are the same, we resign the existing director using form TM01, then complete the appointment of the new director(s) using form AP01. |

All processes are completed electronically using the lastest filing software linked direct to Companies House, changes are usually approved within the hour. |

A stock transfer form is completed transferring all shares to the new owners. |
| Step 4 |
All documents are emailed to your preferred email address. |

Whilst these processes are taking place we contact HMRC to advise of the new ownership |

| How quickly can the process be completed? |

We will endeavor to complete all processes in the shortest time possible, in many instances the processes of transfering ownership at Companies House is very quick sometimes in just a few hours, however regardless of circumstances we cannot guarantee completion the same day, we are always at the mercy of Companies House processes, though more importantly, time frames are dependant on the volume business we are dealing with at any one time and at the time of purchase. Transfer of ownership with HMRC usually takes around 7 to 10 working days but can take longer. |
| Are there any risks in buying ReadyMade? |

Absolutely not, all our readymade companies come with a certificate guaranteeing the company has never entered in to any contractual agreements or associated with any form of finance, the certificate is signed and dated by the existing company director. |
| Can I appoint my own director in my own time? |
| Answer |
Yes you can, we will resign our director, sign and date the unnamed stock transfer form, then you can appoint your own director, however we will require their details to achieve the ownership transfer with HMRC, please be aware you cannot leave a company without a named officer form more than a few days. |
| Following purchase who takes care tax affairs? |
| Answer |
Whilst the ownership of the company is with our firm, we will maintain the annual return, annual accounts filed at Companies House, and the VAT returns, corporation tax with HMRC, once you have taken possession of the company, the tax affairs become your responsibility, though we will offer any assistance needed to complete filing processes. Should you require a quotation for accounting services, please contact us and we will refer you to a leading "new start-up" accountant who will offer you an excellent accounting service package. |
